Order & Delivery
Products available for delivery will be shown on the website & will be subject to availability. Guest can use several payment options; card payments, direct bank transfer (order will be prepared once the payment has been received) & cash on delivery. Depending on the distance, a delivery charge will be calculated and may be adjusted at the sole discretion of Kalapu.
Delivery date and time can be selected during order process, however timing selection is an estimate only and may be subject to change depending on the ability and availability of Kalapu to meet the estimated delivery times. We always tend to deliver on requested time – if anything happens, our operations team will commutate to the guest as soon as possible. Kalapu will bear no liability for any failure or delay in delivery arisen out of circumstances beyond the control of Kalapu.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the guest and is not refundable.
Kalapu may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, and in the event of such cancellation, Kalapu shall endeavour to issue a refund within 07 working days of such cancellation.
